For health and safety reasons, Freya Ten is unable to accept any returns. This policy is strictly enforced with NO exceptions.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us via email within 30 days of purchase at freya10Official@gmail.com, providing your order # number and a description of the defect. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or refund.
For issues beyond 30 days, please understand that we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges (except for electronic items, which may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty).
